This Payment Policy governs the terms of payment for all products, services, and programs offered by MMEtime, owned and operated by Leticia Crampton. By purchasing from MMEtime, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Payment Currency

All payments for MMEtime products, services, and programs are to be made in United States Dollars (USD). If your financial institution operates in a different currency, you are responsible for any conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated for specific programs or services with payment plans.

3. Recurring Payments (Subscriptions)

- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for unused portions of the subscription are not provided unless required by law.

- If a service is unavailable for reasons attributable to MMEtime, a prorated refund may be issued for the period of unavailability.

- Refunds will not be provided for unused services, digital downloads, or missed appointments unless otherwise stated.

- Access to the purchased product or service will be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

- MMEtime reserves the right to charge late fees or pursue other remedies allowed by law for unpaid amounts.

All prices listed on the MMEtime website or communicated via other channels are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional prices or discounts are only valid for the specified time period.

7. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with your purchase. MMEtime will calculate and disclose any such charges at the point of sale if applicable.
