What's Included?

Do I need to purchase any other products?
Leticia uses a wide range of products to support her daily rituals, which are all mentioned inside the portal and they are all absolutely optional add ons. Though it is highly recommended to go to your local health food store and grab some ceremonial grade cacao to start your practice with.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes! If you book the VIP 1 on 1 Immersion! If not, you get one year access for the Immersion and your choice of 7 or 30 days for the daily practice. However, the transformations you experience are yours to keep AND you do have the full year to go over your immersion calls again or to catch up if life gets busy!
Can I do this as a solo mama / with my family?
Absolutely! MMEtime is designed to be flexible and inclusive, making it suitable for individuals or families seeking connection and self-care. In fact, it was doing it postpartum with her daughter that Leticia really understood the true power of having a daily practice!
Is this a virtual practice?
Yes, MMEtime is entirely virtual, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home at your own pace.

Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, MMEtime is designed to be accessible for all levels, whether you're new to self-care practices or experienced in spiritual work.
How much time should I dedicate each day?
MMEtime is flexible; daily practices can be as short as 10 minutes or longer, depending on your availability and needs. At a minimum 10 minutes per day and then one longer hour long or so session each weekend and build from there if possible. The full daily practise is 40 minutes, so with 5-10 minutes to set up your space beforehand, 50 minutes per day would be ideal!
